A sommelier will guide the evening, with bubbles to be accompanied by bites such as Coffin Bay oysters with champagne vinegar and nashi pear, caviar blini and lobster tartlets with daikon chervil. Delight in the combination of luxurious bubbles and gourmet fare while exploring the art of champagne.
