Turn up the heat this winter with Hibachi Nights at Bar 1854!

On Friday, 5th June, join us from 5:30pm to 8pm for an evening of live hibachi cooking, music and cocktails. Our chefs will be serving up freshly grilled skewers while you sip your way through a curated selection of classic cocktails.

$40 per person will get you:

• 2 classic cocktails (choose from favourites like Espresso Martini, Margarita, Old Fashioned, Negroni, Daiquiri, Southside, Amaretto Sour or Hot Toddy)
• 2 gourmet skewers:
  • Chicken Thigh with Yuzu Mayo & Crispy Onion
  • Pork Belly Yakiton with Tare, Pickled Shallot & Chive

Plus, there’ll be additional skewers available for just $5 each, and live music to keep the night going from 6pm – 10pm.
